Trapinator as at 30.03.21Trapinator would like to thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy, and your products were received in good condition. If on receiving there is damage or product will not function as expected, please contact us via email or visit our premised with supporting evidence. Trapinator customer service will review your claim and arrange return and replacement at our discretion. NOTIFYYou must notify Trapinator within 5 standard working days of receiving your goods of any functionality issues or damage to working parts.RETURN POLICYPlease contact via email or by phone to see if your goods you have purchased can be returned and accepted. If you goods are damaged in any way in transit or you have opened packacing and found damaged goods then this may constitute a return. To start the process to return an item please email sales@trapinator.com customer services will plan with you on the method of return. This could be via a drop off location, or by a courier package. If by courier package, place the item securely in its original packaging include your proof of purchase, a nominated destination will be provided for you at this time. On arrangement with Trapinator customer services, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached if any. Depending on the order size, or your location, returned item cost may be at your expense or shared expense with Trapinator. In cases where it is manufacturing fault Trapinator may choose to carry some, or all shipping cost expenses. If you are shipping from another address other than original address where goods were sent, our customer service teams will consider this during this process and proportion costs. EXCHANGE AND REFUNDIf you have incorrectly purchased and item and wish to exchange it for another item, goods must be returned as new conditions. Any addition cost in exchange including item selected and shipping will be at customer’s expense.For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number. If you are contacting to request a refund and goods are in new condition within the 5 day delivery period will be accepted but all return expenses will be at your expense.
