If on receiving there is damage or product will not function as expected, please contact us via email with supporting evidence. Trapinator customer service will review your claim and arrange return and replacement at our discretion. NOTIFYYou must notify Trapinator within 5 standard working days of receiving your goods.RETURN PROCESSTo start the process to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org customer services will plan with you on the method of return. This could be via a drop off location, or by a courier package. If by courier package, place the item securely in its original packaging include your proof of purchase, a nominated destination will be provided for you at this time. On arrangement with Trapinator customer services, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached if any. Depending on the order size, or your location, returned item cost may be at your expense or shared expense with Trapinator. In cases where it is manufacturing fault Trapinator may choose to carry some, or all shipping cost expenses. If you are shipping from another address other than original address where goods were sent, our customer service teams will consider this during this process and proportion costs. EXCHANGEIf you have incorrectly purchased and item and wish to exchange it for another item, goods must be returned as new conditions.
